Affordable, Comfortable and Sunny Seaside Retreat with Stunning Views

Just metres from the sea, our sunny three-bedroom holiday home is in an ideal location, in the small fishing village of South Bay within minutes of the bustling tourist town of Kaikoura.

In Kaikoura, you can watch the whales up close from a boat or plane, swim with the dolphins and seals on one of the hosted tours, dine at some of the many restaurants and cafés, walk to the seal colony, or get active and go snorkelling, diving, kayaking or fishing. There are several fishing guides to take you out deep-sea fishing and they will be happy to clean your catch so you can cook it back home on the BBQ.

From the private courtyard at the rear of our house, you can enjoy meals outdoors from the gas BBQ while revelling in the mountain views.
